Laguna Beach trapping We are a wildlife removal company with more than 15 years of experience. We inspect every inch of your house and property when we arrive, using our comprehensive 32-point inspection process. We identify all the areas that animals may be using to invade your house or property. Our technicians carefully analyze attics, soul stack vents, soffits, crawl spaces, power ventilators, chimneys, gutter lines, roofs, insulation and other building structure components. We often find damage that may need to be repaired when performing our inspection. Wild animals usually provide many signs of their presence. Since our field technicians have studied animal behavior, they gain clues from the site inspection. We also conduct customer interviews in order to help in identifying the species, estimate the number of animals present, and find the areas where they are most active. Some of the methods we use to gain clues include: Visual sighting- This is one of the easiest ways to identify the species. If nocturnal animals are seen often during the day, the animal may have young ones thus needs to feed more often or the local population is high. This is especially true with rats and mice. Sounds- We listen for various squeaks, growls, cries, hisses, screeches, clawing, gnawing, scampering, and more. Our experts have also learned to tell the sounds of adults from those of young ones. Urine- We use UV light to see urine clearly. The urine has a blue-white glow. Since there are many other substances which could have the same glow, our field experts use the skills they learned during training in order to differentiate the substances.
